NATURE’S GOODNESS

Our deliciously good honey is harvested from deep within the pristine and remote Tarkine wilderness on Tasmania’s rugged west coast.

Leatherwood

A uniquely Tasmanian honey, full-bodied with a floral bouquet and mild woody, musky and spicy notes. Leatherwood honey is valued by connoisseurs as one of the world’s finest honeys.

Tarkine Wilderness

Harvested by our bees deep in the remote Tarkine wilderness, this honey is a blend of the Tarkine’s finest nectar. Best described as “tasting like the rainforest”. It’s pure, wild honey. 100% natural of course.

Manuka

The manuka bush (Leptospermum scoparium) is found in remote parts of Tasmania and New Zealand. Our Manuka honey is smooth, creamy and bittersweet — it’s also very good for you.

BEE GOOD. DO GOOD.

We beelieve small actions can have a huge impact on the greater good. As a profit-for-purpose social enterprise we donate 20% of our profits to our not-for-profit foundation The Beeliever Society Inc. — whose purpose is to provide grants for research and initiatives that help save bees and trees.

Why bees?

Bees are facing a number of threats and need our help to survive. The honeybee is a little insect with a lot of heart. Not only does she work hard her entire life to ensure that future generations of bees can thrive, she also plays an essential role in our own food security, pollinating much of the food we eat!

Why trees?

The untouched native forests of the Tarkine where our honey is sourced remains largely as it was when dinosaurs roamed the planet and is home for many of Tasmania’s rare and endangered wildlife — but it’s under threat from logging. We want to help protect it. Good for our bees, and good for the environment.

OUR IMPACT

We believe that the best honey deserves the best packaging and the best packaging should live beyond its initial purpose.

As a business, we are taking responsibility to minimise our waste and bring conscious intent to how we design our packaging. Our unique honey boxes — that use less single-use packaging materials than traditional jars — are a step in the right direction.

Designed for ease of travel, they contain the perfect amount of honey to fill our glass jars (or any 250ml container). Simply cut the corner off the inner bag and fill your chosen container. Enjoy and repeat!
